We, my wife and I would like to thank you for your quick, and informative response. It is such
a pleasure these days to deal with someone who genuinely cares about the customers satisfaction
when it comes to purchasing and using their product. Last year for Christmas, my wife tried to procure
a microscopy camera for me from a different company also using the internet. That seller took our money,
never sent the product, and refused to acknowledge our e-mails concerning it's whereabouts. The bad
experience we had with that company naturally made us wary of making a second attempt using the internet.
Therefore, we feel we can not praise your company enough for the way you conduct yourselves using the
same medium. You have been everything anyone could hope an internet based company would be, and more.
Friendly, helpful, and informative. We wish we could have said more in the feedback response on Ebay to let

Thanks for the rapid service. The adapter arrived Monday, I promptly attached it to my Nikon 880 and then
to my Bausch and Lomb StereoZoom 4. Everything fit perfectly and I was up and running. I was impressed
by the clamp relief which accommodates the step in the eyepiece diameter. Great product. After my initial
setup I then discovered your "Open First" envelope (typical user) and found the camera setup information
