SALES TAX
We are located in Washington State.
Any In State orders will be taxed at 8.7%, unless Exempt.

There will be a $75.00 charge plus the amount of the check, for any returned checks. Shipped when check clears bank (5 to 10 days).

- WE LONGER ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

- A service fee of 2.5% per month, 30% APR. will be added to all over due accounts plus Collection Fees.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Due to the high volume of orders that we are currently experiencing, a tentative ship date will be in about 1 to 2 weeks from the date the order was received. We will continue to try and ship your order within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of payment (unless payment is received by check).
All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on Holidays, will be shipped on the next business day, in the order they are received.

REFUND / EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

FOR PHOTOMICROGRAPHY ADAPTERS, LENS ADAPTERS, SLIT LAMP ADAPTERS, AND UNIADAPTERS:
15 days with prior Authroization. There ar no Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds after 15 days.
All Returns or Exchanges must be sent freight PREPAID. Damaged items will not be accepted. All Returns are subject to a 15%
restock fee and must be returned with Prior Authorization, in the original packing material, in a resaleable condition, Return Authorization Number and copy of the original invoice must accompany the item being returned. All Exchanges must be returned with Prior Authorization, in the
original packing material, in a resalable condition, Exchange Authorization Number and copy of the original invoice must accompany the item being returned for Exchange. Original Shipping Fees are not Refundable. Not responsible for items lost or damaged in-transit. Any loss or damage
should be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt.
Our Adapters are guaranteed to fit the specifications that we have outlined on our Web site, or other communications and to be free of defects. However, Customer Satisfaction is very important to us and we will do all we can to ensure that you are satisfied.
FOR CMOS / CCD DIGITAL CAMERAS, MICROSCOPES AND MICROSCOPY ACCESSORIES:

FOR SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDER ADAPTERS:
SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDER ADAPTERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CAMERA IS
SUITABLE FOR PHOTOMICROGRAPHY PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.
IF YOUR SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDER ADAPTER NEEDS ADDITIONAL MODIFICATIONS OR REWORK, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL NON REFUNDABLE MINIMUM CHARGE OF $50.00.
Item(s) sent by Clients to aid in the Design and Manufacturing of Special or Custom Order Adapters must be
accompanied by a packing slip with insured value of said item(s). If not, the default sum for Insured Value will be $500.00. Not responsible for any items damaged or lost in shipment and/or after delivery.
Not Responsible for items
lost in the Canadian Mail System.
Not responsible for any items shipped without the proper insurance.
