Digital Camera Microscope and/or Slit Lamp Lens Adapter orders in the US are shipped via FedEx with Signature required only, Insurance included (a contact number is required by FedEx). FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address when placing your order.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS including Canada, are shipped via USPS International Express Insured.

All Returns and Exchanges must be sent freight prepaid. Damaged items and/or returns without Prior Authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer. All Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee and must be returned with the Return Authorization Number, in the original packing material, in a resalable condition, and a copy of the original invoice must accompany the item being returned. Adapters accepted for Refunds and have been damaged and/or have missing components will have the cost of repairs deducted from the Refunded amount. All Exchanges must be returned with Prior Authorization, in the original packing material, in a resalable condition, Exchange Authorization Number and Copy of original invoice must accompany the item being returned for Exchanged. Original Shipping Fees are not refundable. Not responsible for loss or damage in-transit. Any loss or damage should be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of receipt. Our Adapters are guaranteed to fit the specifications that we have outlined on our Web site, or other communications and to be free of defects. However, Customer Satisfaction is very important to us and we will do all we can to ensure that you are satisfied. We Warranty all of our Adapters, so if your adapter needs repair, please contact us.
